WHEREAS, additional funds are needed for the employee Christmas party, and that funding comes from the Vending Machine fund; and
WHEREAS, it is deemed appropriate and necessary to expedite the supplemental appropriation of these funds at the earliest possible date;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That the amount of FIVE HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS ($550) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the encumbered, unappropriated balance of the Vending Machine Fund to Account No. 580.121.5415, Vending Machine.
Section 2. That ORD-0001-2000, passed January 3, 2000 is hereby amended to reflect this supplemental appropriation.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon passage by this Council and on date of signature by the Mayor.
