WHEREAS, it has been recommended by the Parks & Recreation Board to formally name a portion of the Creekside area as Creekside Park;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That a portion of the area known as Creekside be named CREEKSIDE PARK, said area delineated on the map attached hereto as EXHIBIT A.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after signature of approval by the Mayor.
