WHEREAS, the Parks & Recreation Department has received a donation of a 4' X 10' single axle, off road, utility trailer valued at $150; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the City to accept the donation all for the preservation of the public peace, health, safety and welfare;
NO, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council and Administration, on behalf of the citizens of Gahanna, do hereby accept the very generous donation of a utility trailer from Marty White to the Parks & Recreation Department; said trailer valued at $150.
Section 2. That, for the reasons set forth in the preamble herein above, this ordinance is declared emergency legislation and shall be in full force and effect immediately upon passage by this Council and on date of signature approval by the Mayor.
