SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION - Right of Way Taking, Taylor Road

WHEREAS, the City Engineer has been negotiating with property owners on Taylor Road for the right of way necessary for the improvement of Taylor Road at Eastgate; and
WHEREAS, most of the negotiations are complete and funds will be necessary to complete these transactions;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY EIGHT THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FORTY DOLLARS ($188,940) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unencumbered, unappropriated balance of the General Fund to Account No. 101.349.5821, Capital Projects, TIF.
Section 2. That TWENTY SEVEN THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED NINETY DOLLARS ($27,790) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unencumbered, unappropriated balance of the Water Fund to Account No. 651.350.5596, Capital Projects, Water.
Section 3. That ORD-0001-2002, passed January 2, 2002, is hereby amended to reflect these supplemental appropriations.
Section 3. That this ordinance will be in full force and effect immediately after passage by this Council and on date of signature of approval by the Mayor.
