TO ACCEPT DEEDS OF EASEMENT FOR STORM AND SANITARY SEWERS IN GAHANNA GREENS SUBDIVISION; FROM AMERICAN HOUSING GUILD OHIO.
Body
WHEREAS, six easements for construction, using and maintaining a storm and sanitary sewer were obtained in 1972 from American Housing Guild, Ohio; and
WHEREAS, said utility easements were recorded on June 26, 1972 by the Franklin County Recorder's Office; and
WHEREAS, said utility easements were never accepted by the City of Gahanna;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts the Deeds of Easement from American Housing Guild, Ohio, for utility purposes in Gahanna Greens Subdivision, said land more particularly described in EXHIBIT A through F attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
