WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 1105.07 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Gahanna, the City Engineer has certified in writing that Sanitary Sewer, Improvement #SA 1000; and appurtenances thereto, in Residences at Central Park, are completed and approved or that a bond or other surety has been furnished assuring construction and initial maintenance of all required improvements; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has determined the value of the sanitary sewer improvement as $63,680;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That the improvements of the Sanitary Sewer Improvement #SA 1000, and appurtenances thereto, in the Residences at Central Park 840 Claycraft Road; are hereby accepted; Certificate of Completion attached as EXHIBIT A.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
