TO ACCEPT A DEED OF EASEMENT AS A PERMANENT UTILITY EASEMENT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED IN RESERVE B OF THE INDUSTRIAL ZONE; FROM STUART H AND PAULA E LEVINE

WHEREAS, an easement for construction, using and maintaining pipelines to be used for utility purposes; and
WHEREAS, said utility easement was recorded on August 2, 1985 by the Franklin County Recorder's Office; and
WHEREAS, said utility easement was never accepted by the City of Gahanna;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts the Deed of Easement from Stuart H & Paula E. Levine, for utility purposes on Reserve B of The Industrial Zone, said land more particularly described in EXHIBIT A attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
