TO AMEND THE TITLE OF THE DEVELOPMENT FEE SCHEDULE TO THE BUILDING AND ZONING FEE SCHEDULE.

WHEREAS, the Building and Zoning Division is moving from under the Department of Planning and Development to the Department of Public Service and Engineering; and

 

WHEREAS, the title of the fee schedule was titled “Development Fee Schedule” and to accommodate the move will be titled “Building and Zoning Fee Schedule”; and 

 

WHEREAS, the Fee Schedule is no longer referenced in Chapter 148, Department of Planning and Development; and

 

WHEREAS, the Department of Public Service & Engineering will annually review the Building and Zoning Fee schedule to report recommended changes to Council.

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:

 

Section 1. That the Development Fee Schedule is hereby amended and titled the Building and Zoning Fee Schedule, said Fee Schedule attached hereto as EXHIBIT A and made a part herein.

 

Section 2. That the Director of Public Service and Engineering shall review the Building and Zoning Fee Schedule annually and report to Council any recommended changes for Council adoption.

 

Section 3.  That the existing Development Fee Schedule, of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Gahanna, or any Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith, are hereby repealed.

 

Section 4. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature of approval by the Mayor.
