TO ACCEPT GENERAL WARRANTY DEED FOR PROPERTY LOCATED ALONG MORSE ROAD EAST OF HAMILTON ROAD, CONSISTING OF 1.601 ACRES FROM THE NEW ALBANY COMPANY

WHEREAS, the City of Gahanna received General Warranty Deeds for right of way purposes along Morse Road, east of Hamilton Road from The New Albany Company; and
WHEREAS, the General Warranty Deeds were recorded by the Franklin County Recorder on December 2, 1988; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable and necessary for future research purposes to accept these Deeds;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts these General Warranty Deeds for right of way purposes along Morse Road from The New Albany Company, said deeds attached as EXHIBIT A hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
