Motion Resolution to advise Civil Service Commission that no change is being recommended to the Rules and Regulations at this time with regard to Part Time Police Officers; in the event of an emergency that Council will immediately consider legislation to allow a part time officer to go to full time status as a special waiver; and that a recommendation from the Civil Service Commission will be needed.
