WHEREAS, the City of Gahanna received a quit claim deed for 0.195 +/- acres of property for right of way purposes and to become a part of Silver Lane; and
WHEREAS, this Quit Claim Deed was recorded by the Franklin County Recorder on February 20, 2002; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable and necessary for future research purposes to accept this Deed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts this Quit Claim Deed for 0.195 +/- acres of property to become a part of Silver Lane, said quit claim deed attached as EXHIBIT A hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
