AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION; WAIVING SECOND READING - CARES Act.

WHEREAS, to date there is currently $180,787.88 of CARES Act funds remaining from 2020; and
WHEREAS, there was $2,999.51 of interest earned bringing the total available to $183,787.39; and
WHEREAS, additional supplemental appropriations are requested.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That an amount of ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY-THREE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED EIGHTY-SEVEN DOLLARS AND THIRTY-NINE CENTS ($183,787.39) be and is hereby supplementally appropriated to the following accounts:
230.06.000.5105 - Full Time Wages - $83,500
230.06.000.5130 - Retirement - $11,690
230.06.000.5140 - Workers Comp - $1,252.50
230.06.000.5145 - Medicare - $1,210.75
230.06.000.5205 - Contract Services - $10,000
230.06.000.5215 - Technology Services - $73,680.35
230.06.000.5300 - Materials & Supplies - $2,453.79
Section 2. That the second reading is hereby waived.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and on date of signature approval by the Mayor.
