TO ACCEPT DEED OF EASEMENT FOR SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT ON GRANVILLE STREET; FROM MARY RUTH SHULL, WILBUR L AND MARY E SHULL, AND CHARLES P AND BARBARA J SHULL.

WHEREAS, an easement for construction, using and maintaining a sanitary sewer was obtained in 1970 from Mary Ruth Shull, Wilbur L. and Mary E. Shull, and Charles P. and Barbara J. Shull; and
WHEREAS, said utility easement was recorded on April 1, 1970 by the Franklin County Recorder's Office; and
WHEREAS, said utility easement was never accepted by the City of Gahanna;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts the Deed of Easement from Mary Ruth Shull, Wilbur L. and Mary E. Shull, and Charles P. and Barbara J. Shull, for Sanitary Sewer Improvement on Granville Street, said land more particularly described in EXHIBIT A attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
