WHEREAS, the City of Gahanna received a General Warranty Deed for right of way purposes along Taylor Station Road consisting of 0.571+/- acres from Franklin Steel Company; and
WHEREAS, the General Warranty Deed was recorded by the Franklin County Recorder on June 9, 1999; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable and necessary for future research purposes to accept this Deed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts the General Warranty Deed for right of way purposes along Taylor Station Road from Franklin Steel Co., by Sidney L. Blatt, President, said deed attached as EXHIBIT A hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
