TO AUTHORIZE THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC SERVICE TO AWARD AND THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO CONTRACT WITH SHAMROCK GRAPHICS, INC., FOR INCOME TAX FORMS.

WHEREAS, bids were opened October 26, 2001, and the lowest, most responsive, and responsible, bidder has been recommended by the Director of Public Service;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That the Director of Public Service is hereby authorized to award and the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into Contract with SHAMROCK GRAPHICS, INC., 150 EAST WILSON BRIDGE ROAD, WORTHINGTON, OHIO 43085, for income tax forms for the Tax Division of the City of Gahanna, in accordance with bid and City specifications.
Section 2. That funding in the amount of SIXTEEN THOUSAND THIRTY DOLLARS ($16,030) has been set aside to Account No. 101.132.5301, Tax Office Supplies, to cover the herein costs.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after signature of approval by the Mayor.
