TO AMEND SECTION 1167.18, SCREENING OF TRASH CONTAINERS, OF CHAPTER 1167, GENERAL DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS, OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA

WHEREAS, in reviewing this section of code and implementing the changes previously made, it was determined that further revision was necessary; and
WHEREAS, Planning Commission has reviewed, initiated changes, and recommended said changes to City Council; and
WHEREAS, Council held Public Hearing on May 1, 2000, said meeting held pursuant to notice and according to law;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That Section 1167.18, Screening of Trash Containers, of Chapter 1167, General Development Standards, is hereby amended as set forth in EXHIBIT A, attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That existing Section 1167.18, Screening of Trash Containers, of Chapter 1167, General Development Standards, or any ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith, is hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after signature of approval by the Mayor.
