WHEREAS, the battery backup supporting the CMI system is faulty; and
WHEREAS, it is the sole backup for Finance, Payroll, Tax and Water:
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That the amount of Three Hundred Fifty Dollars ($350) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unappropriated, unencumbered balance in the General fund to Account No. 101.348.5511, Network/Capital Projects.
Section 2. That Ordinance No. 990001, passed January 2, 1999, is hereby amended to reflect this supplemental appropriation.
Section 3. That waiver of second reading has been requested.
Section 4. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect immediately after passage by this Council and on the date of signature approval by the Mayor.
