TO AMEND CHAPTER 921, SANITARY SEWER CONNECTIONS AND RENTAL RATES, OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA.

WHEREAS, when the City of Columbus increases their sanitary sewer rates, it impacts all master meter communities of which Gahanna is one; and
WHEREAS, after incorporating the Columbus increase Gahanna will need to increase our sewer rates by a net 4%;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That Chapter 921, Sanitary Sewer Connections and Rental Rates, of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Gahanna is hereby amended as set forth in EXHIBIT A, attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That existing Chapter 921, Sanitary Sewer Connections and Rental Rates, or any ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith, are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
