WHEREAS, funds are necessary to pay Water and WSCI funds for water service lines for various park properties, and;
WHEREAS, it is deemed appropriate and necessary to expedite the payment of these fees at the earliest possible date;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That the amount of SEVENTY SEVEN THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED FOURTEEN DOLLARS ($77,414) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unappropriated balance of the General Fund to Account No. 101.431.5515, Parks, Capital Projects.
Section 2. That ORD-0001-2001, passed January 2, 2001 is hereby amended to reflect this supplemental appropriation.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon passage by this Council and on date of signature by the Mayor.
