TO ACCEPT FIFTH AMENDMENT TO ARTICLES OF DEDICATION FOR GAHANNA WOODS STATE NATURE PRESERVE

WHEREAS, the City of Gahanna has received the recorded Fifth Amendment to Articles of Dedication for Gahanna Woods State Nature Preserve; and
WHEREAS, the deed was recorded by the Franklin County Recorder's office on February 3, 2012; and
WHEREAS, this property is owned by the City of Gahanna and leased to the State of Ohio; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable and necessary to accept this Fifth Amendment to Articles of Dedication;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts this Fifth Amendment to Articles of Dedication for Gahanna Woods State Nature Preserve consisting of 3.693 acres; said amendment attached to this ordinance as EXHIBIT A, and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
