TO ACCEPT AUDITOR'S DEED FOR PURCHASE OF FORFEITED LAND, 3216 NORTH HAMILTON ROAD, NEXT TO ROCKY FORK CREEK, 6.99 ACRES

Body

WHEREAS, a piece of land on Hamilton Road near Rocky Fork Creek became subject of a Forfeited Land Sale; and

WHEREAS, pursuant to  Council action, the City Attorney made a successful bid for said property on January 22, 1998; 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:

Section  1.  That this Council hereby accepts the 6.99 acres, 3216 North Hamilton Road,  purchased through  Forfeited Land Sale, said land being described in Auditor's Deed, attached to this ordinance as EXHIBIT A, and made a part herein.

Section 2.  That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
