TO AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO AGREEMENT WITH CCS SYSTEMS, INC. FOR ANNUAL SUPPORT OF THE SYSTEM CREATED FOR FUEL STATION INTERFACING

AT $225 A YEAR

Body

WHEREAS, with the creation of the software package for interfacing the fuel station computer, annual support is also necessary:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into agreement with CCS SYSTEMS, INC., 2200 Colonial Avenue #23, Norfolk, VA  23517, for annual support of software interfacing program in accordance with letter proposal dated May 11, 1998 and in accordance with City specifications.

Section 2. That the amount of Two Hundred Twenty Five Dollars ($225) was appropriated to the Garage Data Processing Account No. 101.512.5251.

Section 3.   That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
