TO ACCEPT DEED OF EASEMENT FROM BILLY G. DECKER FOR A UTILITY EASEMENT AT 3891 CLOTTS ROAD, GAHANNA, OHIO.

WHEREAS, the City of Gahanna has received a Deed of Easement from Billy G. Decker, for a utility easement on Clotts Road in association with the Clotts Road Pressure Reducing Valve Improvement No. 985; and
WHEREAS, this deed of easement was recorded by the Franklin County Recorder's office on December 21, 2011; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has determined the value of this easement to be $1,000; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable and necessary to accept this Deed of Easement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts the DEED OF EASEMENT for the purpose of constructing, using, and maintaining an Underground Water Pressure Reducing Valve Vault and appurtenant works thereto at 3891 Clotts Road; said Deed of Easement attached to this ordinance as EXHIBIT A, and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
