WHEREAS, funds were taken out of the Safety Overtime and Safety Seminar accounts to make up the difference in salary when a police civilian employee was promoted, and now those funds need to be replenished;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That funding in the amount of TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS ($2,000) is hereby transferred from Account No. 101.211.5512, Safety, Capital Equipment, to Account No. 101.212.5117, Safety, Overtime.
Section 2. That funding in the amount of THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($3,000) is hereby transferred from Account No. 101.211.5512, Safety, Capital Equipment, to Account No. 101.212.5274, Safety, Seminars & Meetings.
Section 3. That ORD-0001-2008, passed January 2, 2008, is hereby amended to reflect this transfer of funds.
Section 4. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and on date of signature approval by the Mayor.
