TO ACCEPT A DEED OF EASEMENT FOR WATER LINE PURPOSES FOR PROPERTY LOCATED ON WEST JOHNSTOWN ROAD AND KNOWN AS OLDE TOWNE APARTMENTS; FROM OLDE TOWNE LTD.

WHEREAS, an easement for construction, using and maintaining a water line and appurtenant works was obtained in 1972 from Olde Towne Ltd.; and
WHEREAS, said utility easement was recorded on February 1, 1972 by the Franklin County Recorder's Office; and
WHEREAS, said utility easement was never accepted by the City of Gahanna;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts the Deed of Easement from Olde Towne Ltd., for water line purposes on West Johnstown Road, property known as Olde Towne Apartments, said land more particularly described in EXHIBIT A attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
