WHEREAS, Ameritech has requested easement through City property at 990 Gahanna Parkway in the Industrial Zone; and

WHEREAS, the City Engineer has asked that we move forward to execute this easement:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE  COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:

Section  1.  That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute Ameritech Exclusive Easement, to allow for a utility box at 990 Gahanna Parkway near Taylor Station Road; said easement attached as EXHIBIT A, and made a part hereof.

Section 2.  That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
