TO ACCEPT GENERAL WARRANTY DEED FROM FOXBORO RECREATION PARK ASSOCIATION, FOR 1.827 ACRES IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN AND IMPROVE PATHS AND SIDEWALKS TO THE FOXBORO POOL.

WHEREAS, the City and the Foxboro Recreation Park Association have been negotiating for maintenance of an area leading to the Foxboro Pool; and
WHEREAS, agreement has been reached and a General Warranty Deed has been granted to the City; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable to accept this Deed as soon as possible;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts General Warranty Deed from the Foxboro Recreation Park Association, said General Warranty Deed more particularly described herein as EXHIBIT A, attached to this ordinance and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after signature approval by the Mayor.
