TITLE
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS.
BODY
WHEREAS, the chairs in Council Chambers have been identified for replacement, as the current fabric material does not allow for appropriate cleaning and sanitation to protect against the potential spread of COVID-19; and
WHEREAS, CARES Act funding is still available, however, a transfer of appropriations is needed in order to move the funds to the appropriate account to cover the costs.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That City Council authorizes a transfer of appropriations as follows:
$5,600 from 230.06.000.5215 - CARES Act Tech Services to 230.06.000.5300 - CARES Act Materials & Supplies.
Section 2. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law
