WHEREAS, ROBERT SMITH had a great desire to serve the citizens of Gahanna; and
WHEREAS, ROBERT SMITH was appointed to the Records Commission in
1999 and served for 9 years; and
WHEREAS, ROBERT SMITH was extremely reliable, never missing a meeting during his time on Records Commission, and always being prepared; and
WHEREAS, ROBERT SMITH will be missed by all who have had the pleasure to work with him;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby honors and commends ROBERT SMITH for his dedication and service on the Records Commission and wishes him well in all future endeavors.
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
