WHEREAS, the City of Gahanna obtained 0.384+/- acres of right of way on Havens Corners Road from Gahanna Woods Partnership; and
WHEREAS, the Warranty Deed was recorded by the Franklin County Recorder on January 24, 1990; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable and necessary for future research purposes to accept this Warranty Deed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts this Warranty Deed for right of way purposes from Gahanna Woods Partnership; said Deed attached as EXHIBIT A hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
