TO AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO LEASE AGREEMENT WITH GFC LEASING FOR AN IMAGERUNNER 5000 COPIER

WHEREAS, the City has three Canon imageRunner 5000 copiers, and would like to lease another one for the upstairs; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service has recommended that we proceed to lease another copier like those currently being used in City Hall;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into Lease Agreement with GFC Leasing, P.O. Box 1129, Madison, Wisconsin, 53071, for an imageRUNNER 5000 copier.
Section 2. That funding in the amount of FOUR THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED SIXTY TWO DOLLARS ($4,962) will be appropriated in the 2002 Appropriation to cover the herein costs.
Section 3. That this ordinance will be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after signature approval by the Mayor.
