TO ACCEPT DEEDS OF EASEMENT FOR THE STORM SEWER EXTENSION FOR THE LUDWIG DRIVE STORM SEWER; LOT 38 EASEMENT AND LOT 39 EASEMENT.

WHEREAS, two easements were necessary for the installation and construction of a minor storm sewer extension that will alleviate drainage issues for several residents on Ludwig Drive; and
WHEREAS, the necessary easements were granted by the property owners and have been recorded and are ready for acceptance; and
WHEREAS, the easements in total are valued at $192.46.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts these DEEDS OF EASEMENT for the purpose of constructing, using and maintaining a Sanitary Sewer and appurtenant works in any part of said strip, including the right to clean, repair and care for said Sanitary Sewer, together with the right of access to said strip for said purpose; said Deeds of Easement attached to this Ordinance as EXHIBIT A and EXHIBIT B, and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
