SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION, Sewer Capacity Charges
Body
WHEREAS, revenue has exceeded estimates and we must pay Columbus their portion;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO;
Section 1. That the amount of Eighty Thousand Dollars ($80,000) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unencumbered, unappropriated balance of the S.S.C.I. Fund to Account No. 662.361.5474, Capacity Charge,for the purpose of paying City of Columbus the required rental charges for sewer lines.
Section 2. That Ordinance No. 1-98, passed January 2, 1998 is hereby amended to reflect this supplemental appropriation.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
