WHEREAS, the City of Gahanna by ORD-0085-2003 conveyed to Portrait Homes - Gahanna Grove LLC, a 2.622 acre parcel for development purposes; and
WHEREAS, the deed for this property included a perpetual easement for sanitary sewer and water lines; and
WHEREAS, this general warranty deed was recorded by the Franklin County Recorder's Office on June 19, 2003 and not officially acknowledged by legislation;
WHEREAS, it is desirable and necessary to acknowledge this General Warranty Deed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts this General Warranty Deed which includes an easement for sanitary sewer and water lines, said Deed attached to this ordinance as EXHIBIT A, and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
