TO AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO PERSONAL SERVICES CONTRACT WITH CHARLES W. HENDERSON FOR ANIMAL SERVICES FOR THE PERIOD BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 2000 TO JANUARY 1, 2001.

WHEREAS, the current contract for animal services will expire January 1, 1999.
WHEREAS, the Chief of Police and the Deputy Chief of Police have requested a personal services contract with Charles W. Henderson;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into PERSONAL SERVICES CONTRACT with CHARLES W. HENDERSON, said agreement attached to this ordinance as EXHIBIT A.
Section 2. That funding for this contract will be set aside in the 2000 Appropriations.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after signature of approval by the Mayor.
