TO AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO CONTRACT WITH CLYDE E. WILLIAMS & ASSOCIATES, INC., FOR ENGINEERING TO REBUILD CLARK AVENUE AND OKLAHOMA AVENUE, IMPROVEMENT NO. 718

WHEREAS, proposal has been received and recommended by the City Engineer and the Administration to proceed with the engineering for Improvement No. 718, Clark Street and Oklahoma Avenue, as a part of the Olde Gahanna revitalization; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into Contract with CLYDE E. WILLIAMS & ASSOCIATES, INC., 130 EAST WILSON BRIDGE ROAD, SUITE 025, WORTHINGTON, OHIO 43085, in accordance with proposal submitted November 5, 1998, said proposal attached to this ordinance at EXHIBIT A, and made a part herein.
Section 2. That funding in the amount of Fifty-one Thousand Twenty-one Dollare ($51,021) was set aside in the 1999 Appropriations to Account No. 101.145.5541, Capital Projects, Streets, to cover the herein costs.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
