WHEREAS, the City of Gahanna has recieved a General Warranty Deed for 2.618 acres of land on Parkland Drive and adjacent to Big Walnut Creek; and
WHEREAS, the Warranty Deed was recorded by the Franklin County Recorder on January 25, 2002; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable and necessary to accept this Warranty Deed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts this Warranty Deed for 2.618 acres of land on Parkland Drive contiguous to Big Walnut Creek, said land more particularly described in EXHIBIT A attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after signature of approval by the Mayor.
