TO AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO SIGN A TRANSFER EXEMPT PERMIT APPLICATION TO AN ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT PROJECT FOR CHIPOTLE, 95 NORTH HAMILTON ROAD

WHEREAS, the City has received a Transfer Exempt Permit Application to an Economic Development Project (TREX) for Chipotle, 95 N. Hamilton Road; and
WHEREAS, this application needs to be signed by the City prior to their submission for a liquor permit;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That the Mayor is authorized to sign the Transfer Exempt Permit Application to an Economic Development Project, for Chipotle, 95 N. Hamilton Road, said application attached hereto as EXHIBIT A.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
