TO ACCEPT DEED OF EASEMENT FOR SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT FROM TAYLOR POINTE, LLC.

WHEREAS, the City of Gahanna has received a Deed of Easement from Taylor Pointe LLC for Sanitary Sewer purposes; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has determined the value of this easement to be $4,922.90; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable to accept this Deed of Easement;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts the DEED OF EASEMENT for the purpose of constructing, using and maintaining a Sanitary Sewer and appurtenant works in any part of said strip, including the right to clean, repair and care for said Sanitary Sewer, together with the right of access to said strip for said purpose; said Deed of Easement attached to this ordinance as EXHIBIT A, and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
