TO ACCEPT DEED OF EASEMENT FOR ACCESS/UTILITY EASEMENT FROM RODNEY R. OWENS AND MARGARET M. OWENS.

WHEREAS, the City of Gahanna has received a Deed of Easement from Rodney R. Owens and Margaret M. Owens for access/utility purposes; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has determined the value of this easement to be $13,452; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable to accept this Deed of Easement;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts the DEED OF EASEMENT for the purpose of constructing, using and maintaining all public utilities above and below the surface of the ground and appurtenant works thereto; said Deed of Easement attached to this ordinance as EXHIBIT A, and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
