WHEREAS, the Mayor was authorized to enter into contract with Loadometer Corporation by ORD-0189-2000 on August 21, 2000; and

WHEREAS, there is unresolved question as to whether funding from fines would go to Franklin County or the City of Gahanna; and 

WHEREAS, it has been requested that Council repeal this ordinance;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1.  That ORD-0189-2000, passed August 21, 2000, to authorize the Mayor to enter into Contract with Loadometer Corporation for purchase of weighing devices, is hereby repealed.

Section 2.  That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after signature of approval by the Mayor.
