WHEREAS, it is the intention of the City to continue its support of Holiday Lights for the year 2001; and
WHEREAS, this funding was not included in the 2001 Appropriations;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS ($10,000) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unencumbered, unappropriated balance in the General Fund to Account No. 101.343.5240, Holiday Lights.
Section 2. That ORD-0001-2001, passed January 2, 2001 is hereby amended to reflect this supplemental appropriation.
Section 4. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and on date of signature approval by the Mayor.
