TO ACCEPT AND DEDICATE TO PUBLIC USE A PORTION OF SILVER LANE.

WHEREAS, it has recommended by the City Engineer that the recently construction portion of Silver Lane, Improvement No. 673, be dedicated to public use;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That the plat titled, "Dedication of Silver Lane," as shown on attached EXHIBIT A, and further described in attached EXHIBIT B, is hereby accepted and named SILVER LANE. That both EXHIBIT A and EXHIBIT B are made a part of this ordinance.
Section 2. That all or parts of the road shown herein and not heretofore dedicated to public use be, and the same is hereby dedicated to public use as such upon recording of said plat.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
