TO ACCEPT DEED FOR 0.876 ACRES ALONG EAST JOHNSTOWN ROAD; FROM PORTRAIT HOMES-GAHANNA GROVE LLC.

WHEREAS, the City Engineer has presented a deed to the Council Office from Portrait Homes for acceptance and filing in the permanent Deed files; and
WHEREAS, 0.876 acre is being given to the City for right of way purposes; and
WHEREAS, this deed is for 0.876 acre on East Johnstown Road and was recorded at the Franklin County Recorders Office on July 23, 2003;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts the General Warranty Deed from Portrait Homes-Gahanna Grove LLC, for 0.876 acre, more or less, said Deed attached to this ordinance as EXHIBIT A, and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
