Title

TO AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO AGREEMENT WITH LAKE BUSINESS PRODUCTS INC. FOR THE PURCHASE OF A CANON CD4046.

Body

WHEREAS,  the Canofile 250 currently used by the Tax Division is outdated and disks are extremely expensive; and

WHEREAS, letter quote has been received to replace this unit with newer technology;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHNNA, STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1.  That the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into agreement with Lake Business Products, Inc., 659 Lakeview Plaza Blvd., Worthington, OH  43085, for the purchase of a Canon CD4046 for the Tax Division in accordance with City specifications.

Section 2.  That the amount of Six Thousand Two Hundred Dollars ($6,200) has been appropriated in the 1999 appropriations to Account No. 101.132.5511, Capital Projects, Tax, to cover a portion of the herein costs.

Section 3.  That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
