TO ACCEPT THE FINAL PLAT FOR PROPERTY KNOWN AS OAK GROVE OF GAHANNA; CONSISTING OF 4.585 ACRES (4.56 ACRES BY DEED) AT 4185 STYGLER ROAD; ED MINHINNICK, APPLICANT.
 
 
 
Body
WHEREAS, Ed Minhinnick has submitted to the City a Final Plat for property consisting of 4.585 acres (4.56 acres by deed)at 4185 Stygler Road; and
 
WHEREAS, Planning Commission, on July 9, 2014, after study and review, has recommended to Council approval of the Final Plat;
 
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
 
Section 1. That the Final Plat of Oak Grove of Gahanna, more particularly described in the attached legal description, be and the same are hereby accepted and confirmed, subject to all requirements as set out in Chapter 1107, 1109, 1193 and 1195 of the Codified Ordinances of Gahanna, Ohio.
 
Section 2. That the City Engineer has certified that Oak Grove of Gahanna  will meet all requirements of storm water and design requirements for adequate on-site drainage and the ability to accept runoff from land tributary to the development.
 
Section 3. That said Final Plat for Oak Grove of Gahanna is attached to this Ordinance as EXHIBIT A and made a part herein.
 
Section 4.  That in accordance with Chapter 913, Landscaping Requirements, a landscape plan for Oak Grove of Gahanna was approved by the Landscape Board at a meeting held on June 5, 2014.
Section 5. That the park land dedication requirements in Section 1109.08(e) of the Codified Ordinances of Gahanna have been met through acceptance by the City of fees in lieu of park land.
 
 
 
 
 
Section 6. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
