TO AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH COVERALL NORTH AMERICA, INC., FOR CLEANING SERVICES FOR THE OKLAHOMA AVENUE SERVICE COMPLEX.

WHEREAS, cleaning services are needed at the Oklahoma service complex and Coverall who services the municipal complex has submitted a proposal for cleaning two times a week for $200 a month; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service has recommended we proceed with them for this service;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into Service Agreement with COVERALL NORTH AMERICA, INC., DBA COVERALL HEALTH-BASED CLEANING SYSTEM, 555 Metro Place North, Suite 450, Dublin, Ohio 43017, for the remainder of the calendar year for janitorial services for the Oklahoma Avenue Service Complex, with option to renew the contract for the second, third and fourth years upon mutual agreement of both parties; Service Agreement attached as EXHIBIT A, and made a part herein.
Section 2. That sufficient funds are available in the following accounts: 220.330.5249, Streets Contract Services; 631.350.5249, Stormwater Contract Services; 651.350.5249, Water Contract Services; 661.360.5249, Sewer Contract Services.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
