TO ENACT CODE CHAPTER 708 SECONDHAND DEALERS, OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA.

WHEREAS, the Chief of Police has asked for an addition to the Codified Ordinances to address the issue of stolen property; and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has reviewed this Chapter and agrees that it needs to be added;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That Code Chapter 708 Secondhand Dealers, is hereby enacted as set forth in EXHIBIT A, attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That any ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with Chapter 708 Secondhand Dealers, are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect afer passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
