Easement - Grace E & Byron E Schofield
Title
TO ACCEPT A DEED OF EASEMENT FOR WATER LINE PURPOSES FOR PROPERTY LOCATED IN ROYAL MANOR; FROM GRACE E AND BYRON E SCHOFIELD.
Body
WHEREAS, an easement for construction, using and maintaining a water line and appurtenant works was obtained in 1963 from Grace E. and Byron E. Schofield; and
WHEREAS, said utility easement was recorded on September 19, 1963 by the Franklin County Recorder's Office; and
WHEREAS, said utility easement was never accepted by the City of Gahanna;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts the Deed of Easement from Grace E. and Byron E. Schofield, for water line purposes in Royal Manor said land more particularly described in EXHIBIT A attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
