WHEREAS, with the creation of the GIS Manager position it is necessary to obtain specialized hardware to begin the project; 

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA:

Section 1.  That the amount of THIRTY FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($35,000) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unencumbered, unappropriated balance in the General Fund to Account No.  101.348.5511, Network Capital (GIS).

Section 2.  That ORD-0001-2002, passed January 2, 2002 is hereby amended to reflect this supplemental appropriation.

Section 3.  That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect immediately upon passage by this Council and on date of signature approval by the Mayor.
